Bernard Lavallée

Montreal nutritionist, member of the l’Ordre Professionnel des Diététistes du Québec and holder of a master’s degree in nutrition. Blogger, speaker and scientific populizer, his interests go from food and urban agriculture to the environment and nutrient functionality. In 2015, Bernard published Sauver la planète une bouchée à la fois (Saving the planet one bite at a time) in La Presse. His blog is called Le nutritionniste urbain (nutritionnisteurbain.ca, in French only).
